By using MyRealSpeed you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

MyRealSpeed provides a browser-based internet speed test, related tools, and educational content, free of charge and without registration. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the service, run automated bulk tests, attempt to bypass rate limits, use the measurement endpoints as a general-purpose file transfer or proxy service, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with other visitors.

Results are estimates

Test results are estimates influenced by factors outside our control, including your Wi-Fi, hardware, other network activity, and route conditions. Results are provided for personal information and are not certified measurements or evidence of contractual performance.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyRealSpeed is not liable for decisions made based on test results or content, nor for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and design are owned by MyRealSpeed. The measurement engine incorporates the open-source LibreSpeed project under the LGPL-3.0 license, with source and license details available in our About page and repository documentation.
